Why this work matters to me
Supporting people through difficult life transitions is something I care deeply about. Relationship breakdowns, co-parenting challenges and ongoing conflict can leave people feeling overwhelmed, isolated and uncertain about the future.

I believe that with the right support, people can move through these experiences with greater awareness, resilience and stability. My goal is to provide a calm and supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected and empowered to make thoughtful decisions about the next chapter of their lives.

I am particularly passionate about helping parents navigate separation in ways that protect their children's wellbeing, while also supporting individuals to regain a sense of peace, confidence and direction.
Start moving forward with clarity and support
I understand how overwhelming this stage of life can feel. My goal is to help you move through it with greater awareness, confidence and a sense of control.
If you are navigating separation, co-parenting challenges or ongoing conflict, you don't have to do it alone. I work with adults and parents, offering counselling via telehealth across Australia and in-person sessions throughout South-East Melbourne where appropriate.

You are welcome to book a session or reach out if you would like to learn more about how I can support you.
