Appointment Bookings

Appointments with Insight Family Counselling can be booked through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

When booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.​

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session time.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled through the booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments 

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not attend a scheduled session, the full session fee may be charged.

Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from accessing available appointment times. 

Refunds

Session fees are generally non-refundable once a session has taken place.

​

If a session is cancelled with appropriate notice, any prepaid session may be:

​

• Transferred to a future appointment, or

• Refunded at the discretion of Insight Family Counselling
